Profile Completion Rate Dropped

I have completed all the requirements of the rising talent badge but my profile completion rate keeps dropping to 95%. Also, after completing all the requirements for the badge, after how many days will I get the badge?

Thank you for replying. I have updated the profile again now let's see if it drops or not. Also, I have completed all the requirements of the rising talent badge so, when will I get it on my profile.
