Profile URL is taken, but profile itself is no longer available.

I was trying to change my profile URL to match my User ID yesterday when I discovered that profile handle that I want to use is already taken.

 

I visited that profile page and it turned out that profile that uses the handle doesn't exist.

Is there any way to claim the handle?

 

arkadyt is my brand name, and I am the owner and an active user of arkadyt.com, my customers use this trade name to find me on a bunch of websites including GitHub, LinkedIn and Medium.

It does exist, that's a client account and no, you can't "claim it"

 

Is your profile name your real, legal name, as it appears on your ID documents? If not, you need to change it to your real, legal name promptly.

Yes it's legal, I verified it with my driver's licence.

 

But why does it say that "profile is no longer available?"

Because that is what all client profiles look like.
