Profile improvement to attract more clients

Hello everyone, 
I need some help with my profile. I am having difficulties in getiing new jobs as well as attracting new clients. I am not sure of where I went wrong, I have done everything I could think of, I passed the upwork readiness test, I completed my profile 100%. 
I would like someone to go over my profile if that is possible, and see if there is anything that i could improve  on to attract more clients.
