I am sorry to hear about the earning status. I checked the job you are referring to and I see that we were unable to charge the client's billing method for the bonus issued to you. You can reach out to your client for more information.

Hi Nancy,

Bonuses show in the Transaction History the moment they're initiated by the client as Pending. Once the client is successfully charged and settles the outstanding balance from their end, the date when the amount becomes available will also show next to the transaction. If there is an issue with the client's account and they haven't successfully paid the bonus, it'll show as Pending.
