Hello to everyone,
We started an hourly contract with my client but it's the first time they are using upwork, so they accidentally paid a second time and asked me to refund it. The money is not available in my account yet and if I make a refund, will it have a bad effect on my account? What should I do?

Hi Manolya,
You should be able to locate the client's refund request in the message room dedicated to the contract and issue it from there. This will not affect your account or reputation. You can check this help article for more information.
