Remove bad feedback from client

Hi everyone.

I got my first bad feedback after 5 years on this platform (you can see it on my profile).

I'm thinking to use my Top Rated perk and hide his feedback. However, I did the mistake to reply to his feedback publicly. Even if what I said is true, I think it comes across as a bit whiny and I believe that it could affect future chances with new clients.

I ask for your advice. Should I remove the feedback?
And also, if I use my perk to remove the feedback, will it also remove my response to it?

All will be deleted if you will use perk.
