Requesting Data from the Upwork Office

Hello,

I'm trying to find a contact number to contact the Upwork office as I am working with a governmental agency on a socioeconomic impact assessment of COVID-19 on my region and need data about the impact of COVID-19 on the employment scene in my region. 

I want to contact Upwork directly to request data from them, but in order to do so I need a phone number to contact. Can anyone help with this?
