Security question reset

Hi!

From the past few days I have been trying to reset my security question. I have created a support ticket that closed itself without any response from the Upwork team.

I have also tried contacting directly through email but whichever way I try, a bot sends me an unrelated automated response.

This automated response is ridiculous considering my profile is already approved? I hope someone from the team answers my query here.
