I am looking for some help trying to reach Customer Service. I was informed through a chat with the "Community Bot" that if I had a test time-out due to a network or technical issue - the test could be reset. I had this happen twice: Payroll Management Test and Business Strategy Test. The Payroll test timed-out and I just figured it was my fault (maybe I forgot I started and went to sleep); however, I had the same issue this morning (5/20/19) when I either had network or computer issues (Chrome related). I had to uninstall Chrome and reset my router before I could get the Log-in screen of Upwork to pull-up.
So, is it possible to get these two test reset?
