Suspendid account

Hi, everybody

My colleague  **Edited for Community Guidelines** have been suspended a couple days ago. She can't log into the account. Upwork asked to confirm his identity via e-mail. She did it. We have already made a ticket for Upwork support, but there's no answer yet. Please help us to resolve this issue.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend's account status. We won't be able to share more information about another freelancer's account. Please have your friend refer to the notification she received about her account status for more information. Thank you for your understanding.
