Text to Speech Introduction Video

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if I can use a text-to-speech video introduction because I am a bit camera-shy. I was afraid that it is an Upwork violation to add a video introduction which has text-to-speech audio. Can I use and upload to my profile introduction video section?
