The Upwork app wont open messages on a Samsung Phone

Hi Upwork Technical Team,

The Upwork app on my samsung galaxy grand prime plus never displays messages and the contracts page is also blank (see attached screenshot). I had the same challenge with a Sony Xperia models.

Are there phones the app fails to fire up properly on?

Logout then login it will work otherwise you can reinstall the app.

Hi Javeria,

I tried the recommended actions, It still wont work. My network is High Speed too. The only page that opens without a hitch is the Jobs Page.

I think I'm having internal memory issues.
