My client has notified me that they are free for a meeting anytime after 9am GMT-8, meaning PST, but their meeting availability message has times from 1am-6:30am PST. Is it possible that their profile is set to a different timezone?

Hi Natalie, yes that is definitely a possibility, I suggest talking about it with said client so you can clear it up.

Turns out this was the case. I spoke with them and they made their profile in a different time zone therefore the timezone was incorrect for their current location.
