Transaction is due and has not been paid!

Why am I receiving this message?! So basically I just cashed out 80 dollars for another project I did! But now my other $80 that I worked for is saying it's due and hasn't been paid!! What does it mean and how do you fix it??

Hi Courtney, 

It just means that the transaction highlighted in yellow (in this case, the Service Fee) is yet to be charged to your account. It looks like it's meant to be charged on 9-February, UTC. Please expect it to clear within 24-hours.

Hi I have the same concern. I withdraw 64$ and received confirmation that the payment made has been processed and as to my transaction history it say  Transactions is due and has not been paid
