Trouble with setting up withdrawals - bank code and branch code (Indonesia)

So I recently asked my bank if they have a bank code and branch code and apparently they said I wouldn't need to fill that in, but it's required in Upwork. 

Then I found this page: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011640014-Bank-Codes

It has the list of the bank codes and branch codes but they are both only 2 digits? Because on the withdrawal page it says bank code is 4 digits and branch code is 3 digits. Not really sure what I should do so I need some help please.
