[URGENT] Submit Work / Request Payment NOT visible

Hi

 

Something in the design/structure o the UpWork has changed.

 

Now I cannot find where to submit my work and ask for a new milestone payment.

 

Please help me to solve this issue

 Is the milestone FUNDED?

 

Go to "My Jobs" and click on Active Milestones

Is the contract there? If not, the milestone was not funded.

 

You can also go to My Jobs - All Contracts and click on the contract to see if the milestone is funded and submit if it is.

So the client first fund the milestone, and than I can submit my work, right?

 

Also how much time it can take from the time the client fund the milestone and me to submit the work?

 The second the milestone is funded, you can submit.

And yes, usually the advice is to not do any work until a milestone is funded.

I can't submit my work for payment. I had agreed with my client to shift the milestone date further. Now that I'm done the Submit Work For Payment button is grayed out and doesn't work. How can I resolve this? I need assistance ASAP

Hi Leo,

 

Since the milestone changes you've submitted are still pending you're not able to submit your work. You can either withdraw this from your end by opening the contract room or communicate with your client so that they can take action from their end. Once this is done, you should be able to submit your work. Thank you.
