Unable to buy connects

Please help me to buy connects on upwork. I have added 2 billing methods in my upwork account but I am not able to buy connects. I am facing this problem for 15 days. Please help me to resolve this problem so that I can start my work again.

Hello Joanne,

There is still no solution. Your team member response is general that I have to check with my bank. I already checked with my bank and everything is correct there. I am able to use the card on other online job websites but only upwork has this problem. Please it's a request help me to resolve this issue.
