Unable to create a freelancer account

I created an account for our team but as a client account. We are a team of consultants and would like to bid on projects as a freelancer. However, when I attempt to create a freelancer account, it tells me I have to update my address. When I click on that, nothing happens.

Please go to your account settings and chose top tab on left, ''My Info''. Kindly, try adding address details and phone number. If the issue persists after this please let us know and our team will assist you further.

I looked for that but this is all I can see in my account. There's no adddress info under Company either.
