Unable to get an API Key

I have been trying to get an API Key for a month.

I have a verified account, when I click on the "Request API" button it says "Checking Verification Code" and takes me to the Job feed https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/. I have not received any email, for the request, approval, or rejection, and it has been 2 weeks now with multiple attempts.

I also do not see any requests listed on this page
