Unable to publish portfolio project

I am unable to advance and publish my portfolio project. In other community tabs it says this has been fixed but doesn't provide the fix. I am unable to get chat support help on this either.. Any fix? Project has both videos and photos.

I'm sorry if you're having difficulties publishing your portfolio. Could you please tell us more about the issue you're experiencing when trying to publish your portfolio project? If you can share a screenshot of what you can see from your end, that would be extremely helpful; we'll surely look into that for you.
