Unable to view my own profile But got Irresponsive technical support

It's been 5+ months since I'm having an issue with my profile that it doesn't load whenever I click on My Profile.

 

I asked support members and they said 'We have forwarded your email to our technical support' and you know what? their technical support never replied back...!

 

What should I do now?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I understand your frustration not having received an update from our technical team on this. We'll go ahead and follow up with the team to ask that they update your ticket.
