Unresponsive client doesn't release milestone payment

Please help me. Today is the 14th day that I have submitted milestone, and the client is unresponsive. I have read somewhere that I have to wait 14 days from the submitting date, and the funds will release automatically. Today is the 14th day, and still no payment. How long must I wait? Thanks in advance for your help.

If today is the 14th day, then at the most you will need to wait 24 more hours, and then all of the escrow money will be released into your account. This is great news!
