Hi Nagapavan,

I believe you are referring to desktop and mobile notifications. In that case you can go to your Settings> Notification Settings and un-select the options in the "When I Receive a Message" field.

sorry for not mentioning my question clearly, i am reffering to unsubscribe my number from receiving Upwork status notifications

To unsubscribe to the SMS updates reply STOP (in capital letters) and this should cancel your subscribtion.
