My client says that he has already sent some files to my Room ending in #3714824. I have not found this room or the files.

Help me to find this missing room.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Are they pertaining to a contract ID number? I did not find a contract ID 3714824. We suggest you clarify this with your client and use the message center to send you the files there.
