Upwork Talent Services Legit Check

Hi, I've been contacted by a Talent Specialist from Upwork's Enterprise Talent Services team and asks for an interview via Google Hangouts. His payment method is not verified, has zero reviews, and has only been a member since May 14, 2024 He emailed me the interview invite from an address **Edited for Community Guidelines** and says his email is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I know all communications should stay in Upwork. I'd like to check if this is a legit. Anyone from Upwork who can help me?
