Upwork Time Tracker not working properly

Hey everyone, 

I'm not sure if everyone is having this problem but I can't change the contracts in my Time Tracker. I'm not sure what's going on. It was working fine yesterday, today it looks like in the photo attached. I tried different browsers and laptops, the problem is the same. I tried re-installing it, the problem is still the same. 

Can someone please help me?
