Upwork ticket response

Hello Moderators! May I know if it would be possible for you to update the team handling my concern? I would really appreciate an update on my ticket: 46595043. It's been 2 month since my account got temporarily suspended and they only respons when I ask moderators here. Please, I need your help.

Hi Kim Trishia,

 

We want to confirm that the ticket is already with the correct team. We've already submitted a follow-up. Please allow them to review and update you directly through your support ticket.

Hello!

 

My account is currently suspended and the support team only replies again after several days when I ask a moderator to follow up my ticket. Can anyone or any moderators help me get a response please?

 

This has been open for almost 3 months now and I cannot withdraw any of my funds, I really need help.
