Video Verification....



If you're going to place accounts on hold for video verification...it's probably a good idea to make sure your CS knows how to go through the process?

I’ve tried three different browsers. This is a little ridiculous. If you put these identity requirements in place, the process should be streamlined and much less of a hassle than it is.

I also have the same problem. It is neither working on any web browsers of my laptop and including my smartphone. everytime I hit "start chat" on the identity verification page, it redirects to the main upwork help screen. I am unable to create a support ticket either.
