Yes, I have cleared my cache and tried a private browser. I am able to navigate through the entire site and have checked my speed. Everything on my end is correct. Every other website works, including Upwork, outside of messages. I have read the previous requests for help, and they weren't helpful at all.
Your system is down on the Messages side. Do you have an ETA to get this up and running? I hired someone and I can't send them what they need because of this issue.

I tried, but I can't seem to replicate the issue you're describing. I was able to access your Messages page as usual. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? Let us know if the issue persists afterward; we'll look further into that for you.
