Why I can't see my competitor bids after paid membership plan?

Hi,
I have upgraded membership plan 70 connect/month so I can see my competitor bids. but I couldn't see competitor bids.

Please solve my query.

Once there are enough bids on a job post, you can see the highest, average and lowest of the ones that have not been withdrawn, declined or archived.

You don't see who bid what.
