Why I never get refund connect?

Hii There!

as per update details for connect refund like,

• You'll be refunded your bid if you're outbid from the top 4 slots before the client interacts with your proposal

so I never received any refund of connects even job is close and I am out of 4 slots and client didn't interact with me.

anyone facing same?

I can confirm that your Connects are accurate. When you don't see the boosted amount being refunded, it's because you received an eligible interaction from the client. The following are considered eligible interactions:

• The client opens your proposal
• The client sends an offer to you
• The client shortlists your proposal
• The client messages you
• The client archives your proposal
• The client declines your proposal
