Why my jss decrease every two week

Hello everyone,
My JSS decreasing after every two weeks even not any single project completed on profile since 4 weeks. Every job in progress and have one long term clients. And other one Client not responding but one milestone is competed. Please tell me why jss is decreasing without any new feedback or project completion. Is in progress jobs effects jss?

Hamza, no one who doesn't work for Upwork knows exactly why JSS scores change, but in progress jobs would only lower it if there's no money paid for a long time, so that wouldn't apply to you. You received a 3.10 feedback for a job in Nov 2019 -- that's the reason your JSS is less than 90%, but sometime in May 2020, the job from Nov will no longer be included in your 6 months JSS calculation, so your JSS should improve by that time. Until then, keep doing good work on your contracts.

Thanks for your reply. The 3.10 feedback have revived on nov but now the month is April. So, why how this feedback still effect on jss ? And my good score has not?

Because 6 months hasn't past.  All of your scores, good and not so good (anything less than 5) have been counted.

Also keep in mind that if he doesn't work enough in the next few months, then he will be in the 12 month window, not 6 month, and it will still affect him. 🙂
