Withdrawal thru local bank account delated.

I processed the payment for withdrawal thru local bank account last Oct. 17, It's now October 27 and still, no payment received in my account. But I withdraw again last Oct. 24 and on Oct 26 I already received it. How is that? Please help me. I have monthly dues to pay.

I understand how it's important to get your earnings in a timely manner. I checked your account and can see that you already have an open ticket for the issue. I would recommend that you refrain from filing new tickets, and post replies on the ticket I linked here so that the team can assist you more efficiently. I can also see that a support agent has replied to you and has followed this up with the team handling your case. We’ll follow up with the team that’s handling your case and they’ll update you directly as soon as possible. I'm sorry to hear your withdrawn earnings still hasn't reflected on your account. I checked and your withdrawal was successful on our end. Please know that direct to local bank transfers take between 2 to 5 business days. If it hasn't reflected on your account after 8-business days, please reach out to us so that we can issue a trace for you.

Why are you not replying to the emails I have sent? The money I processed last Oct. 17 is still not on my account and my bank cannot track it. Please give me the exact tracking number and the sending bank. Also, the reference number. This is for my son's fee at school. We are already late on the payment. The open ticket I have is currently not accomodating and replying to my emails.
