Work proposals in decline; Algorithm or less clients in UpWork?

A few days ago I noticed that in the "Most Recent" tab jobs appear every 1 hour, 40 minutes. In my almost 4 years working with UpWork, I always found new job offers every few minutes.
My question is if this is due to some algorithm change or does it mean that fewer clients are choosing UpWork?
Is anyone else having the same experience? What are your opinions?
I'm a little worried.

I tried to check your account and it looks like there are recently posted jobs in your feed. Could you please try to clear your cache and cookies and check again? Could you also try adjusting your feed by running searches, applying filters, using the advanced search option, and saving your search to your feed? Feel free to check out this help article and this one too for more information on how you can perform searches, save them to your feed, and improve the results you see.
