Working Time not recorded

Hi, I worked for 5hrs and 10mins Tuesday 2/27/2018 but it was not recorded, only the time that I did yesterday Monday was recorded. Please help.

Delete the hours from your work diary on the wrong contract, and then talk to your client on the right one about adding manual time or paying you via bonus for the hours you mis-tracked. Unfortunately, manual time is not covered by payment protection, but if you have good communication with your client, that shouldn't matter.

 

(To cover your bases with the client, take a screenshot of the hours tracked for the wrong contract before you delete them.)

Hi Ma,

The contract in question is a Fixed-Price contract and therefore is not showing as having time logged on it in your Overview. Tracking hours with the time tracker for a Fixed-Price contract is an available option that you can utilize for your own record keeping but it doesn't change the Fixed-Price job to an hourly one where the hours you logged will be hours paid. Payment for a Fixed-Price contract will be the same amount as what was agreed to on the terms of the contract.

 You may have logged the time on the wrong contract (the fixed rate one) by accident..

 

Check the work diary for it...
