Hi, i think i entered the wrong bank info. Instead of account number i input the card number. I get paid my money on dec 8 and processed by upwork and its been 3 days since the money still not reflecting?, what should i do to take it back ?

Hi, may i ask why did the upwork process it if bank acc number consist only in 12 digits max? And. Enter it wrong in 14 digits. Im confuse they allowed that? From that they should remind us using email.
