You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to add a credit card.

Hi,
Due to international purchasing issues I was unable to to purchase connects. After several attempts to enter details of master card now I am trying my visa card and now I am getting this this error "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to add a credit card."

Kindly help me and suggest me to deal with this issue.

Hi there,

 

It looks like your account is in progress at the moment. Once you've completed the creation process you'll be able to add a payment method in Settings > Billing Methods.

Hi,

 

I am also getting the same issue, as I am trying to do an international transaction after many attempts to enter details of master card, now I am trying add my visa card and I am getting this this error "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to add a credit card."

 

What should I do now? I have to buy connects and this card issue is heppning
