a genuine question

Let me ask you something very critical.

(More like an advice)

CONTEXT:

You earn a satisfactory amount of money from your current career/job/skill.

But you are only 25% happy.

You want to do something else, like you wanna pursue another career/job/skill and you know NOTHING about that.

The new career/job/skill needs to be learned from scratch.

In order to thrive in that new career/job/skill you have to grow just like you did in your current job.

What you will do? NOW?

K Waiting for your comments.

Peace ✌️

This is really critical question that many people face at some point of career.

So I would like to say.

If happines is just 25% then defiently have to change the career. No matters about scratch from it or not.
If you think it will take more time then why not you learn this new skill in your part time when you are busy with present job/profession etc.

So my point is here if you don't find growth by learning or earning in both then I'll try to learn a new skill that would be regarding by passion. but this passion should be aligned with earning.  So, I'll learn this new skill with my present job.

Acknowledged.

I think you have faced this problem too.

How was your experience?

Just learn in the background while you work on the thing you hate. You can also save, save and save more, than, at some point, you stop what you are doing now and go for it.
