can't post a job

For some reason I am not able to post jobs on my account at all.  I can't even find a button to post a job or even contact a freelancer.  Can you please let me know what is wrong with my account?

Hi Shary,

I've checked and confirmed that you signed up as a Freelancer on Upwork. Please be aware that you need to have a client profile for you to have the option to post a job. If you wish to be a client and a freelancer, that can be done with your current account.  You will use the same account to log in to Upwork but will have separate user profiles. You will be able to easily switch between them as needed.
