how to get the bonus amount

 I just want to ask about how to get the bonus amount why it is showing me pending on my tab?

That's because there's a 5 day security period for every payment, including bonuses. So after 5 days, it will be available.

A general question about bonus payments.

Can we ask to request the client for a bonus payment? or when the client's pay bounces? or if any freelancer is in a long-term project relationship with a client can he/she ask for a bouse pay?

Hi Amjad,

Bonuses are extra payments to freelancers for going above and beyond, or to reimburse them for things like expenses. Bonuses are your client's choice and can be given at any time within 365 days of ending a contract. The bonus they award you is subject to Upwork’s freelancer service fees, just like other payments on your account.

So yes, you can request this but it's all up to the client if they will send you a bonus payment.
