name mismatch need to open a support ticket

I just tried to add my bank account to it says the name is mismatched. This could be because I only put  of my last name  and used short name in first name 

i need help and if i can there seems to no way to contact upwork in private messaging or opening a support ticket 

you can flag my account or ask for any kind of goverment documents i will provide it.

 but please tell me why i cannot contact via support ticket  or throught email , or skype

Hi Mark,

You can submit a name change request at any time by going to Settings > Contact Info > Update your name. Please add your full legal name and once the review is on your name request is completed our team will review your payment method as well. Thank you.
