payment still pending

Hi, 

according to my reports I was supposed to have some funds on my available, however they are still on pending. They were supposed to be available on the 14th of June 2021, and usually after midnight UTC they become available to withdraw. However, today is not the case. Can a moderator look into it? It is odd that this is happening.

Thank you for your message. I see that you have already initiated a fund withdrawal of $21.28 yesterday and $66 a few minutes ago. Could you please clarify if you were referring to the same funds?

yes. For some reason, the 66$ swapped to available fund at 1am BST, not
sure why.
