I Am nazmul,Freelancer with SALES AND NARKETING,Two years ago,I worked on odesk platform,But unfortunately,A banglsadeshi Client Add me to do a template design job,I worked it perfectly,but he gave me bad feedback,I did not know that time about refund policy,so that time I can not take any decision to solve that problem.Now what i do ?
If anyone help me,it is very well for my freelancer career.

My mistake, I missed "two years" in Nazmul's post. Thank you for pointing it out, Jeff. In this case, the option to enable the client to change feedback should still be available. However, responding to feedback and refunding are not an option. Freelancers cannot issue a refund after 180 days have passed.
