It seems thta a refund has been done to a client. Contract ID 27289313

I did the job and I don't know why a refund has been done.

If the project was to be billed to the client based on your hours worked and...

If you didn't properly track your work time with Upwork's TimeTracker app...

And if the client didn't pay Upwork for time you submitted either manually or incompletely using TimeTracker...

Then Upwork won't pay you.
