client is asking,  how would you envision a longer partnership working on a scale basis? Do you have any UK based partnerships already? if so how do you they work/manage?

The forum is not the right venue to clarify this. Who knows what the client was talking about. If you feel so hesitant to discuss your questions with the client, you will enter a world of misunderstandings and hurt.
