time tracking app use in my desktop and laptop

Hello , I need some infomation about time traking. can i use time tracking app on multiple devices? like my desktop and laptop. 

I have some Electricity issues in my local area. thats why when i work on desktop im facing some issues for electricity.   when im work on my desktop that moment the middle of my work ,electricity gone then can i continue the job on laptop to track on the time tracking !!!   

is there any issues for that or something ???
