i have worked with different 3 clients last week. One client gave me a 5-star review and end the contract on a happy note. Now, this week I came to know my all 3 clients didn't pay and I am not eligible for up work payment protection???. Even during the whole contract up work didn't send me a single waring?? What is this? We are working hard and up work doing this with us??
My question is what happened to the Upwork Hourly Protection? Is there any possibility I will be paid even if the client is unresponsive and refused to pay? This is so unfair.
