Issue with Client Star Rating. Green color on stars not visible.

Some users may experience issues with client star ratings showing without a green color.

Is it just me or are the client feedback scores no longer visible to anyone?

Take any job, this one for example:

The green on the stars, indicative of the overall feedback score given by freelancers to clients, is gone.

Diving deeper, the same is true for "About the client" that we see to the right of each job post.

Past jobs / work history also do not reveal exact scores anymore:

As it is, there is a lot of "shooting in the dark" we are compelled to do here. This further aggravates that problem.

Upwork seems hellbent on making life as tough for freelancers as possible; might as well close down operations altogether if this is how it intends to function.

From what was the de facto site for freelance work globally to a "connects brokerage casino", Upwork's stature has plummeted, and how! 🙄

Hi,

I found that rating stars are always empty on job posts regardless whether clients have or not any feedback in their history. I have the attached the screenshot demonstrating that the client has lots of feedbacks yet stars are empty.

Yeah,

The star's color is back on the search page. But still missing on the reviews once we open the job post (especially on the search page).

Bumping this, since the issue is not resolved. Or if it was, it came back. You can see the stars colors in the search results, but once you go into a specific job the color is gone and it makes the clients look like they don't have good reviews at a glance. It's quite annoying.

it seems to me the problem only comes up when I log in from my profile because when I view my account from the outside it comes up nrmal I think it has something to do with the cache.
