Issue with Profile status. Profile is showing "OFFLINE" offline status

Some users may experience issues with the Profile status showing as OFFLINE.

We would like to let you know that our engineers are aware of this issue and they are working as fast as possible to resolve it. We will update this thread once we have more information.

Annie Jane, it is site-wide issue. Not related to browsers and OSes. Many users affected.

Have you cleard the browser chache ?

Yes I did.

Have you checked the profile visible and online

option ? Yes I kept on online but still showing offline.

I do not know why in my pic and moble did not show green.

I cleared the browser chache and Cookies boss and used different browser but unfortunately still grey the online icon.

I did my account invisible first then back online but did not get help throug this.
