Issue with accessing profile. Error: "We'll be right back" and "Sorry, we can't let you in"

Some users experience issues with accessing their accounts.

Same issue (location: USA, VPN off), unable to access any page on the site that I've tried. My app appears to be working normally for time-tracking, though I'll want to verify everything uploaded correctly when the servers are back.

i tried downlaod statements CSV, Now it logged me out, and when I try and even go to upwork.com it's saying " Sorry, we can't let you in"
